Verdant Rock Limited is a Bermuda exempted company limited by shares. The company is registered as a Class 3B insurer by the Bermuda Monetary Authority under the Insurance Act 1978.

Applicable Law

We process personal information in accordance with Bermuda’s Personal Information Protection Act 2016 and related regulations.

Information We Collect

• Contact, professional, identification, financial, transactional, and due-diligence information provided through the Onboarding Portal or related communications.
• Digital information needed to operate and secure the portal, including login credentials, device or session information, and audit records.
• Information from advisers, service providers, public records, regulators, and other sources used for underwriting, compliance, and sanctions screening.

How We Use Information

• To assess, provide, manage, and support Verdant Rock products and services.
• To meet legal, regulatory, tax, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, and financial-crime obligations.
• To communicate with brokers, applicants, clients, counterparties, advisers, and other stakeholders.
• To maintain platform security, prevent fraud, keep audit records, and improve services.
• To send updates or marketing where a valid lawful condition applies and applicable choices have been respected.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell or rent personal information.
• We do not use personal information for unrelated or unauthorised purposes.
• We do not rely on automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Sharing and Transfers

We may share information with service providers, advisers, business partners, regulators, law-enforcement bodies, tax authorities, group companies, or transaction counterparties where this is necessary and lawful. International transfers are assessed and documented before personal information is moved outside Bermuda.

Security and Retention

We use technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information and restrict access to authorised personnel. We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, or as required by law, regulation, audit, or retention obligations.

Your Rights
